Nachhater Kaur Basra

84 years, Passed away on September 19, 2021 in London, Ontario. She is survived by her loved children, Taranjit Kaur Takhar and husband Gurdev Singh Takhar; Nirmal Kaur Wahid and husband Gurbax Singh Wahid; and Prabhjit Singh Basra and wife Simrit Kaur Basra. Beloved grandmother to Pindy, Meena, Nindy, Sherry, Bik, Jot, Savi and Seji. Cherished great grandmother to Eshan and Riya. Nachhatar Kaur devoted her life to her raising her family and serving the Windsor Sikh community for decades. She will forever be cherished as our loving bibi ji. The family would like to thank the staff at Victoria Hospital, London, ON; Erie Shores Hospital, Leamington, ON; and everyone who helped us get through this hard time. Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 11:30 a.m. to the time of the Prayer Service at 12:30 p.m. A Private Family Cremation Service to follow at Families First Crematorium, 3310 Dougall Ave. The family has extended an invitation to family and friends to join them for the prayer service via livestream.
