84 years. It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Nancy with family by her side on Thursday, June 5th, 2025. Predeceased by her beloved spouse Woo Oi Choi (2022). Nancy is survived by her cherished children Ken (Margaret So) Choi and Sharon (Ken Van Braeckel) Choi - Van Braeckel. Adored grandmother to Christian, Mitchell, and Austin. Loving sister to Bing Cheung, Bing Suen, Sam, Peniel, Eddie, and Ping.
Nancy was also well-known and well-loved in Windsor’s Chinese community. She greeted everyone with a smile, and was often seen laughing and enjoying a good meal with friends, lending a helping hand to those in need, and volunteering at the Windsor Chinese Benevolent Association.
She will be deeply missed by her extended family and friends but forever remembered in their hearts.
Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home on Friday, June 13th, 2025 from 6-9pm. On Saturday, June 14th, 2025 visitation will continue from 10:30am until start of service at 11am.
