July 30, 1968 – September 30, 2013 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ray early on Monday morning. Loving father of Amanda Duguay, Ashley, Jazmyne and Devon. Survived by his parents Robert and Joette Blair. Brother to Eric, Robert Jr., Sherry and Joette. Will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
