Passed away peacefully on July 21, 2014 in the palliative care unit at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital in Windsor at the age of 64. Will be sadly missed by his children Neil, Emily and partner Patrick, Glen and wife Hyo Min and their mom, Nancy. Will be missed by his dear mother Arnolda “Dodie”. Predeceased by his father, Tom Monaghan. Beloved siblings Dennis, Tim (Sue), Matt (Angela), Mary Claire Gyurindak (the late Steve), Lorna Mailloux(Paul), and the late Martha Dobson (Rob). Extended family and friends, especially those who have experienced being “Ipperwashed”, will always remember his charm, wit, warmth, and hospitality. Cremation has taken place. Please join the family on Thursday, July 24, at Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre at 2:00 pm to commemorate the love and friendship that Steve embraced. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
