It is with incredible sadness we want to share with our family and friends, the sudden passing of Alyssa.
Alyssa Rachelle Guiboche was born on December 23rd and passed away much too soon at the age of 35.
Leaving to mourn her loss are; her daughter Sena and her son Sire, her siblings Deanna and Justin, her Mom Melanie and her Nieces Kiona, Everleigh, Elaya and Nephew Kinglsey.
Alyssa will be welcomed into heaven by her younger sister Amanda, Grampa Clifford and Granny.
Alyssa really enjoyed the family camping trips in our old tent trailer to the Whiteshell, Hecla Island and Gimli, and the almost weekly day trips to Birds Hill Park, and Oasis. The back-to-school trips to Grand Forks were one of the highlights of the year.
Alyssa hated Mom making her go to Air Cadets. Mom had to pull the van as close to the house as possible, so no one would see her in her uniform, hair in a bun and no make-up.
As a teen Alyssa enjoyed trips to Polo Park, with her friends and sisters.
Alyssa had a hard time giving up her Dora the Explorer bedding, even with Eminem posters all over her bedroom wall.
Alyssa graduated St. John's High School in 2008. She worked at McDonald's, Mexx, and then started her career at Cambrian Credit Union. During this time she also attended Red River College, completing a Certificate in Business.
In 2013, her daughter Sena was born, and in 2017 Sire was born.
Alyssa absolutely loved being a Mommy, keeping an amazing home, cooking homemade meals, attending gymnastics, swimming lessons, soccer, and school functions.
She and Ari moved to Lockport. They enjoyed the country life, gardening, quadding, fishing and watching the children in the yard on the play structure and trampoline.
Alyssa loved to put her whole heart and voice into trying to sing along with Eminem, Justin Bieber, and Beyonce.
Sena and Mommy would lay in bed for hours, watching videos, and gossiping. Alyssa so very much enjoyed helping Sire with his Math and him reading to her.
On October 18, 2020 Alyssa's younger sister Amanda passed away. Alyssa struggled and never recovered from this loss.
We will always remember Alyssa for her beautiful smile and loud, happy personality.
Can't wait to see you again, sweetie.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, May 8, 2026 at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd.
