Dorothy Lorraine Spearing

April 24, 1922 – January 9, 2018

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dorothy Lorraine Spearing on January 9, 2018 at the age of 95 years.

Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Linda (Brian) Anderson and her son Jim (Sandy) Spearing; her grandchildren: Allan (Tiesha) Anderson, Philip Spearing, Corrie (Janene) Anderson, Karyn (Kelly) Korman, and Pamela Spearing (Brian Smith); great-grandchildren: Eric, Melissa, Brook, Bailey, Braydin, and Emiliey; great-great-granddaughter Kiana; her sister-in-law Ruth (Ken) Brown; as well as many nieces and nephews and their families. She is predeceased by her husband Tom Spearing and her second husband Frank Spearing.

Funeral Service for Dorothy will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Highway, Winnipeg. Interment will follow in the Transcona Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Directions for Children, Youth, Adults, and Families, 500-717 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, R3G 0M8.
