It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Heather Mae Funk on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at the age of 62 years.
Heather will be lovingly remembered by her children; Tabitha (Lyndon), Natasha (Calvin) and Levonn (Amanda); grandchildren Kiara, Ace, Tavin, Calex and Brandon; sisters Verna (Amie) and Bev (Eric); brothers Kevan and Todd (Brigette), as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Heather was predeceased by her sister Elaine and parents Ed and Ann.
Born in Steinbach, MB.,she moved to Winnipeg in her early 20's where she raised her children. She loved gardening, baking, the sound of laughter, but above all else she loved her family, which extended far beyond blood.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.at Thomson "In the Park Funeral" Home and Cemetery, 1291 McGillivray Blvd, Winnipeg, MB. Viewing will be 30 minutes prior to service. A reception will follow.
