Ivan Howard Windsor

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dearly loved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Ivan Windsor at the age of 93 on July 29, 2026.

He leaves to mourn his wife of almost 70 beautiful years Gail; his three sons, Scott (Kim), Jeff (Sheryl) and Jody (Margaret); his six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Ivan was born on December 30, 1932 on the family farm in La Riviere, MB. He moved to Winnipeg where he started his career at Prairie Equipment as a proud salesman of 41 years until he retired. While working in Winnipeg he met the love of his life, Gail;and the two later married on August 11, 1956. Ivan and Gail spent many winters vacationing in Hawaii which was their special place. He had a great love for all sports. He especially enjoyed his rounds on the golf course with his three sons, grandsons and his long time great friend Earl, along with many other friends.

Ivan's family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Victoria Hospital and HSC for the amazing care they showed Ivan. Thank you to Dr. Permack for all his great care.

As per his wishes, there will be no funeral.
