Gifted teacher and jazz pianist, he will be remembered for his sharp wit and his knowledge of trivia.
Jim is survived by his wife Ruth; son Christopher; daughter Leslie; grandchildren Thomas, Edward and Isla Partridge; brothers and sister in-laws Don and Janet Whitley, Bob and Mim Whitley; nieces Janelle and Danielle; and nephews Ryan, Rhett, Roy and their families. He will be missed.
A Celebration of Jim’s life will be held for family and friends.
