Jordan Tyler Polanski

January 25, 1993 - April 21, 2011

Tragically on April 21, 2011, Jordan was taken from us. There are no words to express the pain and sorrow that we feel, or how deeply Jordan is loved and missed. We love you with all our hearts and souls Jordan. We will miss and carry you in our hearts forever. Love you always, Mom, Dad, Everett and Sullivan. Jordan will also be remembered and forever missed by his Grandmother and his Uncle Jack; and his many Uncles, Aunts, and cousins.

He goes to join his Grandfathers (Peter Sherman and George Polanski) his Grandmother (Elsie Polanski), and his Aunt Liz., and his awesome friend Cody. Jordan will also be forever loved, remembered and missed by his many, many, many friends and their families who have given us more love and support than we knew was possible. We love you all, and we will never be able to thank you enough for all of your love, caring, prayers and support. Jordan, your love of life and your ability to truly live every minute to its fullest is an inspiration to us all. The world will never be the same without your amazing wit, your laughter and the way you could turn everything into a smile.

A Joint "CELEBRATION OF LIFE" for Jordan Polanski & Cody Rempel will be held at, The Oak Bluff Recreation Center, McGillivray Blvd and the Perimeter Hwy Thursday, April 28, 2011. Beginning at 3pm "Come and Go".

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to; The Jordan Polanski Scholarship Fund, Sanford Credit Union Box 147, 7 Mellow Street, Sanford, Manitoba R0G 2J0 or dropped off at the Sanford Credit union, Oak Bluff Branch.
