Nenita Pitoral Cruz passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 79 after a lengthy battle with Dementia. She was a wonderful, generous and supporting mother offering wisdom, compassion and love to all her friends and family. She was a cherished member of the community in Winnipeg, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and strength.
She was predeceased by her mother Dolores Pitoral, father Francisco Bercero Lumangtad, and her husband Edgardo Manuel Cruz. She leaves behind an only son, Edgar Allan Cruz, along with countless friends who felt her warmth and generosity.
There will be a reception service to celebrate and honor her memory on March 28, 2025 from 6pm to 10pm held at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard, where she will be present for viewing and you can say your goodbyes. She will be cremated at a later date, which will be communicated to specific friends and family to attend.
