Mr. Norman Abraham Reimer

It is with sadness we announce the passing of Norman Reimer, husband, brother, uncle, and friend, on March 05, 2022 at Misercordia Hospital, Winnipeg, Manitoba. He was born October 30, 1955 in the Steinbach Hospital, to Peter Brandt and Aganetha Werner Reimer. He was the youngest child of a family of twelve.

He grew up on the family farm near Blumenort, working on the farm with his brother Ruben until into his 30s. He moved to Winnipeg, doing lawn care for a job.

He married Myrna Francisco on May 24, 2003. They enjoyed almost 18 years together. They took several trips to the Philippines. In February 2020, he suffered a heart attack which left him limited from doing work. Serving the Lord was important to him. They spent some time cycling in the parks. He was hospitalized from December 2021 until his passing. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Myrna, brother William (Bill), sister Elizabeth & Orest, sister Lydia & Wilbert, brother Benjamin, brother – in – law Ben and family Levy, Henry, Rolly and Gemma.

He was predeceased by his parents and five brothers and two sisters.
