“Ode to Bob”
Sitting with Bob Cheetham,
Remembering other days-
Children and grandchildren,
His “mischievous” ways!
Times of church baptisms,
Parties at his home,
Stories and adventures,
His spirit northward roamed,
Years ago he asked me,
To be there for him,
To conduct his funeral,
And offer prayers and hymn.
