Annie was born in Makati, Philippines to the late Damaso and Gregoria. She was an identical twin to her older sister, Emay. She immigrated to Canada in October 1989 and transferred her love of cooking to her position of Cook at Aristocrat restaurant. After the restaurant closed, she continued her career of serving the public as a Receptionist for Salon de Manila. This is where she met the love of her life, Samuel and the two married in September 2008.
Annie is predeceased by her parents, brothers, Peter, Cesar and Eladio. She is survived by her devoted husband, Samuel, brothers and sisters, Emay (Zaldy) Carta, Luis Francisco, Rudy (Sylvia) Francisco, Flora Neill, Irene (Tony) Samonte, Ric Francisco and Daf (Cheryl) Francisco. Annie had a special place in her heart for all her nieces and nephews in the Philippines, Australia, New Jersey and Winnipeg: Maricel, Eva, Grace, Shirley, Louie, J.R, Cody, Camille, Christopher, Ian, Ashley, Andrew & Riz. She loved to keep in touch with her cousins in Vancouver Francisco family and the Acosta family in the Philippines.
