Rosemary Sargeant Davies

(nee Rose Mary Sargeant)

November 20, 1924 – February 3, 2012

Rosemary passed away on an early Friday morning at the St. Norbert Personal Care Home.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob) Davies; parents David and Rose (nee Hale); siblings Harry, David and Margaret (Madge Lumsden).

Rosemary leaves to mourn her loss son Dr. Gordon Davies and his wife Carol; Carol’s children Richard Sprung and Veronica Windsor, and their children Alysia, Adrianna, Vannessa (Sprung) and Katherine (Katie Gifford).

Rosemary was a long time resident of St. Vital and Norwood.

She worked at various times in Winnipeg’s grain trade, and with her husband spent many happy winter months at the Ilikai in Honolulu on Oahu, Hawaii.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, February 25, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at Thomson Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
