It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dear friend Patricia on March 19th, 2023 at Oakview Place, at the age of 93. She was the only daughter of the late Morality Inspector, Peter Cafferty and Evelyn Cafferty (nee Winter).
Patricia grew up in St. Edwards Parish. She attended the Convent of the Sacred Heart and was an active member of the school alumnae. She belonged to the congregation of the Children of Mary and was an avid supporter of Schools of the Sacred Heart within Canada.
Patricia lived life with deep Catholic faith and beliefs. The importance of charity, dedication to helping others, love of animals, cherished her friends and their families with gifts of kindness, caring and love.
She worked 41 years for MTS, was an active member of the Telephone Pioneers of America Chapter 50.
Funeral Mass for Patricia will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5 at St. John Brebeuf Church, 1707 John Brebeuf Place. A private interment will take place.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
