Shirley Jean Davie

In loving memory of Shirley Jean Davie who passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, on October 2, 2026.

Shirley was predeceased by her husband Ron in 1993. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Somers (husband Ron) and her son James Davie ( wife Darcelle ). Four grandchildren Shawn (wife Krystal) Chantel, Branden (wife Karri-Lynn) and Taylor. Also blessed with five precious great-grandchildren; Peyton, Colt, Paisley, Brinley and wee little Rohen.

Funeral services were held on October 5, 2026 at North Kildonan United Church. A beautiful service by Susan Reed, attended by friends and family. Followed by a beautiful lunch by Church volunteers.

Shirley lived a long and happy life. She was very generous and loved socializing. She had a good sense of humour and told things as she saw it. She was small but mighty. She was also blessed with many wonderful and supportive friends.

May she rest in peace.
