Surjit Kaur Mann

Surjit Kaur was born May 18, 1938 in Choukiman, Punjab, India to her late parents Bakhtaur Singh and Nihaal Kaur. She married her loving husband Pritam Singh Mann in 1962, after a while they moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba. She's been blessed with three sons Jagtar Singh, Baljinder Singh and Jaspal Singh who are the pride and joy of her life.

Surjit Kaur was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and a friend who will be remembered for her kind spirit, sense of humour and vibrant personality. The most important thing in life was her family.

Surjit Kaur Mann whose late husband Pritam Singh Mann who also passed away of a sudden death in March 29, 2016. Her three sons Jagtar Singh (Karamjit), Baljinder (Baljit), Jaspal (Kulwinder); her grandchildren Jaskiran, Ranvir, Parman, Gurman, Harshnoor and Jupleen; her siblings Bhajan Singh, Bhag Singh, Charanjit Kaur, Darshan Singh and Amrik Singh; her many nieces and nephews; and rest of the family and friends who loved her dearly.

The funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard. Following the Funeral, there will be prayer services held at the Sikh Society of Manitoba, 1244 Mollard Road.
