Less than a year ago we had so many laughs my cheeks hurt.  Miss you so much V.

My heartfelt condolences to the McLeod and Curtis families.    Victoria was a bright light in my life, a true friend.   I was blessed to have met her and Don 30 years ago in New Westminster, BC.   Even though they moved to different provinces and a new country, we kept in touch.   Any trip to BC, we met for dinner.   We routinely talked once a week on Sundays.   I am grateful for the time we spent discussing our lives.   She loved her family and friends fiercely.  I cannot tell you how much I'm going to miss talking to her and hearing about everyone.  From her husband and sons to her new daughter in-law and her beloved grandchildren.   Talking about visiting her parents in Brandon or hangouts with Mark and Val.  Dinners with the Dinner Spinner Club.  Her devotion to her nieces.   Her very long list of friends everywhere.   Victoria was an amazing, kind, loving and charismatic person.   I loved her very much.

Dear Auntie, having you preside over our wedding was such a precious moment in time. We will be forever grateful and blessed for your time and the effort you took to get to know our relationship. It was a true honor to  have you with us that day. Your smile and contagious laugh is how we will choose to remember you. Forever loved and cherished by us, dear Aunt Vicky may you find peace. 💕

Vicki was an excellent person. She was so energetic, so engaged, so intelligent. She could really command a room! I really don’t know how to express my condolences. I know Vicki was deeply loved, and that she will be missed by so many. I’m so so sorry.

Yes, we were just those dorky friends who got professional pictures taken together. In matching sweatshirts even.

We hiked, we swam, we swatted sooooo many flies. And always, we laughed.

My deepest condolences to Don, Connor, Aidan, Lloyd, Shirley, and all of Vicki's family.

Words cannot adequately express the profound sense of loss. Vicki was a true friend. She was part of my heart. Our early days forged a strong bond though bonfires in the back 40, dancing on the front lawn, movie sleepovers, camping trips (including one with forgotten tent poles), long walks to 7-11 for Slurpees, and a hundred other small moments that build a friendship. As life proceeded we were often hundreds, sometimes thousands, of miles apart. But always you were in my heart. And you always will be.

Vicki was heading off to Minot for University and we gave her a proper send off, complete with funny hat.

A moment of calm in a fun-filled vacation for me, and an experience of a lifetime for the McLeod family.

I have been friends with Vicki for so long, it is impossible to imagine my life without her.

Vicki was always game for anything! And she was good at almost everything, even sheep shearing.

I have so many memories of my dear friend. Vicki was smart, funny, quick-witted, generous and kind. She was also organized, tenacious, and positive in everything she did. She was so loved and is so missed.

Oh Vic,

We traveled to so many places together. You will always be remembered for your intellect, kind heart, and loyalty. You were the smartest person in any room you entered, and many in the hearing industry held you in the highest regard. One of my most memorable trips was the Alaskan cruise with our customers, during which you injured your foot by falling down the staircase in the dining room. From that moment on, Don either had to carry you or push you in a wheelchair to all the events and offshore excursions. In true Victoria fashion, you still made all our customers feel at ease while sharing your humor. There will never be another Victoria McLeod. Rest easy, friend, until we meet again.

Victoria, you will be missed.

Victoria had a profound impact on the person I am today. I was so lucky to have her as my manager when I worked at Resound from 2016-2020, but more than that, a friend. 

Victoria's courage, confidence to be herself, and kindness inspired me. I learned so many life lessons from her. 

I was able to share how much she meant to me before she passed, and I will be forever grateful for that gift. 

My sincere condolences to Victoria's family.

You showed me the most beautiful garden in the world.

You were the best co-manager. I learned so much from you.

You made me full of joy. You made me laugh. You loved life.
