Vivian Joan Fisher

September 7, 1934 – October 16, 2013

With deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother at the Grace Hospital at the age of 79 years old.

She is survived by her children: Diane (Lloyd), Gordon, Bev (Lou), Brenda, Kathy, Glen, Kim (Toan), also 19 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and one sister Dorothy.

Mom was predeceased by her parents Jack and Henrietta, brother Robert, sister Ruth, daughter Donna and two granddaughters Cheryl and Jennifer and Norman.

The family would like to thank Extendicare Oakview Place for their care from 2002 – 2013.

A special thank you to John and Rolando, the health care aides on 2 North, Eleanor and Maureen the nurses on the 2nd floor. Also to the Grace Hospital Emergency and 3rd floor doctors and nurses.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 22nd between 7:00-9:00 pm at Thomson Funeral Home, 669 Broadway. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 23rd at 2:00 pm also at Thomson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery
