Xiaochun Luo

罗晓春先生1960年2月14日生于河南郑州。1986年与唐俊结为夫妇，1989年诞下千金。1989年在武汉水利电力学院获得高电压专业硕士学位。2002年罗晓春先生和家人移民至加拿大开始新的生活，在温尼伯市政府水处理部门勤恳工作13年。

罗晓春先生多年以来对待工作一贯认真负责，工作能力强，深得大家赞许；他孝敬父母，热爱家庭，乐于付出，使身边的亲人和朋友感到无微不至的关怀；他博学多才，平生阅书千卷，是整个家族的榜样与灯塔。他对生活充满热爱，喜欢摄影、音乐与健身，在旅途中留下无数精彩瞬间；他幽默的性格，坚强的意志，积极向上的生活态度无时无刻地感染着周围人。失去罗晓春先生给家人带来巨大的悲痛。罗晓春先生将永远活在我们的心中。

追悼会在2018年6月1日上午10点举行。地址是Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.

Xiaochun Luo died unexpectedly on May 22, 2018 at the age of 58 while working on duty.

Xiaochun is survived by his parents Hengliang Luo and Guijing Liu; wife Jun Tang; daughter Lauren Luo; brothers Xiaojun Luo and Xiaodong Luo.

Xiaochun was born in Zhengzhou on February 14,1960. On August 28, 1986, he married Jun Tang and welcomed his daughter Lauren Luo on Februray 21, 1989. Xiaochun obtained his master degree in high voltage engineering from Wuhan University in 1989. He came to Canada on April 23, 2002 to begin a new chapter with his family. He worked at City of Winnipeg Water and Waste department for 13 years as instrumentation technician.

Xiaochun was dedicated to his work, family and friends. He loved his parents and family, everyone around him was touched by him in different ways. He was knowledgeable, and an avid book reader. He was passionate about life, loved photography, music and exercise. He enjoyed nature and captured amazing scenery in his many travels across Canada. He was also a problem-solver who often took on home projects. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 1, 2018 at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, at 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
