Mr. Douglas "Gray" Gray Carter

Gray was an avid Nascar and Earnhardt fan.

He enjoyed cars and worked in the auto industry for most of his life.

He will be remembered by his family and friends as a loving and good hearted man with a giving soul.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory include his brother, Steve Carter (Nadene); aunts, Faith Pardue, Helen Carter, and Emeline Carter; uncle, Ben Hudspeth; and longtime beloved friend, Edera Childress, Georgia, Steve, Jane and special grandson, Zach Theile.

A Celebration of Gray’s Life will be Thursday, May 27, 2010, 1:00 pm, at Vogler and Sons Reynolda Chapel with Pastor Keith Marsden officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00am-1:00pm prior to the funeral service.

Interment will be at Forsyth Memorial Park following the service.
