Ronald Lee Gaskill

Ron was born on August 31, 1955 in Wood County, West Virginia to the late Benny Lee and Katherine Morris Carpenter. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Ron loved nature, this led him to work as a groundskeeper at Parklawn Memorial Gardens where he spent his days admiring wildlife and appreciating being outdoors.

In his spare time, Ron enjoyed the serenity of the woods. He looked forward to hunting season each fall.

Ron leaves behind his children, Ronald "Ronnie" (Christa) Carpenter and Missy (Ricky) Crawford; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Michael (Janet) Carpenter, Gary Carpenter, Randy Carpenter, Brian Carpenter, and Jimmy Gaskill; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ron will be laid to rest at Parklawn Memorial Gardens in his favorite garden.
