

He was preceded in death by both his parents and his sister Judy Lundquist. Jerry is survived by his loving wife Sue, his brother, Jon, and his sister Jewel, as well as his children whom he adored, Todd (Laura), Dana (Chuck), Bradley (Ruth), 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Erin Rauch (Rod), Jamie Raper (Heather), Sam Raper (Jessica)and 6 step-grandchildren.
Jerry never knew a stranger. He was the epitome of a Gentleman. He was a strong Christian, a wonderful person with great integrity who loved with his whole heart and was true to his word, faithful and loyal. Throughout his life, Jerry enjoyed football, (Go Noles!) fishing, golf, and making anyone around him laugh with his quick humor.
A longtime lobbyist for Florida state's prosecutors, he was appointed Interim Staff Director of the Senate Criminal Justice Committee during his career. He served as Executive Director of the state attorney’s office in both Tallahassee and Daytona Beach, Florida. Jerry was passionate about victims' rights, as well as helping juvenile delinquents get on the right path.
His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
