Richard Allan Culbert, aged 79, of Poinciana, Florida entered into rest December 12, 2025.
Richard is survived by his loving wife Marietta Culbert (Winker).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in his honor to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and/or the Riverside Presbyterian Church (Niagara Falls, NY).
