Johnnie “Reb” Clayton Carpenter, 65, of Bartow, Florida passed away on January 31, 2022. He was born in Bartow, Florida on February 07, 1956. He was a member of the Church of Christ and was baptized in the church.
Reb was preceded in death by, Eugene and Isola Carpenter, Kim Carpenter, Marion Griffith, John and Berma Thomas, and John “Catfish” Thomas Jr. he is survived by his wife, Patty Carpenter of Bartow, Florida, sons, JC Carpenter (Skye) of Winter Haven, Florida, and Keith Carpenter (Cynthia) of Cocoa, Florida, grandchildren; Gage Carpenter, Grace Carpenter both of Winter Haven, Florida, Addyson Carpenter, and Malachi Carpenter of Cocoa, Florida, and his siblings; Ann Jones of Alabama, Faye Nell Carpenter of Winter Haven, Florida, Kendal Thomas of Eagle Lake, Florida, Tim Thomas of Winter Haven, Florida, Vic Thomas, Debbie “Babe” Thomas, Karen Thomas, Sharen Thomas, and Taren Thomas.
A celebration of life will be held at Starling Ranch Barn on the Lake, 8757 McCoy Road, Fort Meade Saturday, February 12, at 12 p.m.
