She is survived by her son Jonathan Blackburn, his wife, Brandy, and their sons, Trenton and Conner, a daughter, Jill Yearta, and her children, Alison, Samantha, Jessica, and Kevin, sisters, Lynn Burton, Nell Ruth Forsythe, Faye Dorman, and Geraldine Forsythe, a brother John Blackburn, and her nieces and nephews, Donnie Forsythe, Stephanie Forsythe, Chester Blackburn, Dale Blackburn, David Dorman, Randy Dorman, Joe Dorman, Rhonda Burton, Patricia Dorman, Archie Forsythe, and Barry Forsythe.
