Winter Haven- Myrna Carol Kohler, age 72 went home to be with her Lord Tuesday, January 10, 2012 due to complications following a traffic accident. She was born in Winter Haven on October 29, 1939, the daughter of Charles Taze Fowler and Mary Catherine Wells Fowler. She was a nursing assistant in home health care and a member of the Winter Haven Church of God.
Mrs. Kohler was preceded in death by her father Charles T. Fowler, sister Vera Darlene Baker and brothers Milton Dewayne Fowler and Charles Maxy Fowler. She is survived by her mother Mary Catherine Fowler, Winter Haven, companion George L. Livezey, sons Jeffrey Miles, Winter Haven, Tony Miles, Atlanta, GA, daughter Sheila Nunez (Juan), Winter Haven, brothers Lawrence Fowler, Winter Haven, David Fowler (Dottie) Woodbury, NJ, and Ronnie Fowler (Mary), Winter Haven, four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation is Sunday from 2-4 pm at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, Winter Haven. Funeral services are Monday, January 16, at 2:00 pm at the Winter Haven Church of God.
