He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Harriet D. MacAskill, his children, Norman L. “Skip” MacAskill Jr. (Jeanne), Dawn Marie Nuttall (Robert P.), and Douglas J. MacAskill (Michelle), a brother, Edward, four sisters, Anna, Jane, Sharon, and Sandra, and three grandchildren, Sheighlin, Ariana, and Ashlee.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, Oct. 17, from 4 to 7 pm, and a funeral service will be held on Friday, Oct. 18, at 1 pm. Both will be held at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Winter Haven, FL. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to the American Heart Association. www.ott-laughlin .com
