Robert Morrison Smith, age 97, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2025. He was born on March 3, 1928, and lived a long and meaningful life devoted to his family and his work. Robert was widowed and remained a loving and dedicated father throughout his years.
Robert completed his education through the 12th grade and went on to build a proud career in carpentry, working for Disney, where he shared his skill, craftsmanship, and strong work ethic. His dedication to his trade left a lasting mark on those who worked alongside him. Robert lived a life of quiet strength, integrity, and resilience.
He was preceded in death by two children Earl Smith and Robert Smith.
Robert is survived by his children: Jessica M. Smith, Richard M. Smith, William M. Smith, Michael S. Smith
He was a beloved grandfather to nine grandchildren and was blessed to see his family grow to include ten great-grandchildren.
Robert’s life was one of perseverance, family devotion, and humble accomplishment. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
