Sarah was the beloved owner of Sarah K's Interior Design Studio, where she was talented as an interior designer and loved to decorate.
Sarah is survived by her children, Cheryl Connor and John "Mike" Simmonds Jr., her grandchildren, Stephanie Pennix (Mike), Jason McNeil, Sarah Simmonds, Michael Simmonds, Richard Talbert, and Amy Simmonds, as well as great grandchildren Jay Pennix, Ryan Pennix, Tommy Pennix, and Megan Worrall, and four great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, John Griffin Simmonds Sr., as well as her parents and two siblings.
Sarah will be laid to rest at Lakeside Memorial Park, Winter Haven, Florida.
