She was born in Kapfenberg, Austria on May 20, 1947. She was married to Edvins Selga on August 17, 1968. Tamara had a passion for her family, her faith, her friends, dancing, and living life to the fullest. She was survived by her children; Corina Selga, Erika Grimes (Dean), and Angela Story. Grandchildren; Jaden and Leoni Grimes. Siblings; Valerie Neumann, Lydia Meschke, Katharina Misener, Amelia Rauser, William Walter, Peter Walter, Mary Wodka, Karl Walter, Jakob Walter Jr., Alex Walter, and Robert Walter.
