Charles “Chuck” Lee Schilling, 59, of Winter Springs, Florida, passed away suddenly on January 8, 2022. He was born on Tachikawa AFB in Japan on February 22, 1962 and spent nearly his entire life in Florida.
He graduated from Pinellas Park High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Stetson University. He also studied Chemistry at Florida State University before beginning his career.
Chuck worked as a Senior Chemist for Flowers Chemicals Laboratories in Altamonte Springs, Florida for 34 years.
He was also an Eagle Scout and had a lifelong passion for fishing and the outdoors.
He was survived by his sister, Janice Schilling, brother, Steven Schilling (Bonnie Lawson) and niece, Catherine Matushek (Michael).
A Celebration of Life will be held with Chuck’s friends, family and co-workers at one of his favorite places: Hour Glass Brewing, 480 Ronald Reagan Blvd, Longwood FL, 32750 on Sunday February 20th from 2:00-5:00 pm.
