Ms. Connie, it was my pleasure to care for you . You were feisty, fun and a bit stubborn, but you had a heart of gold. It was an honor to meet you and be allowed to care for you. You will be missed.

My loving patient Ms. Hale words can not express the feeling of loss we have with out you here, gone but never forgotten. May your memories bring you peace and comfort. May your laughter, love, kindness, and strength live on forever. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal.

Either way, we'll make sure your voice and your sentiments shine through.
