Dorothy “Dotty” A. Kispert, 94, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Vitas Inpatient Care Unit in Winter Garden, Florida. Dotty was born on December 9, 1922 in Elmhurst, Illinois to the late Franklin and Louise (Fischer) Ehlers. She was a homemaker and a member of the Winter Park Presbyterian Church along with being a long time member of the Orlando Garden Club. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Wayne E. Kispert; daughters, Ann (Richard) Colvin and Lisa (Rob) Fenn; stepsons, Kenneth (Marilyn) Kispert, Philip (Amy) Kispert and David (Debbie) Kispert.
