Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of James and Mary Van Cleve.
Mr. Van Cleve served and retired from the U.S. Navy as a Storekeeper. He is survived by his wife Patricia Van Cleve,
his children; Tina Bauer-Wingate and James Van Cleve, his mother Mary Van Cleve,his brothers; Ronnie and Ricky Van Cleve, his sisters; Lena King and Betty Fisher,fourteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.Graveside services and interment will be held with Military Honors at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown, Kentucky.
