John DeBoer Jr.

He married his true love, Brenda, in October, 1957 and they moved to Orlando the following year, 1958. He was a District Manager, and a Deacon at Fort Christmas Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, playing softball, cruising and gardening but most of all he loved his family.

John is survived by his loving wife, Brenda; daughters, Debbie (Greg) Beedlow and Barbara (Lisa Kepics-DeBoer) DeBoer; his grandchildren, Cindy (Drew) Gillespie, Jason (Nikki) Beedlow, Chris (Amy) Burdette, Dr. A.J. (Elizabeth) Burdette; and his great grandchildren, Lilly Gillespie, Aiden Gillespie, Teddy Burdette, Justina Burdette and Nate Burdette. He was preceeded in death by his daughter, Bonnie Drumheller.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, April 10 at 2:30 at Liberty Baptist Church, 744 N Dean Road, Orlando, burial will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Winter Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Liberty Baptist Church, the Bonnie DeBoer Drumheller Scholarship Fund, The link is www.lbcorlando.org/give. The scholarship is used to assist children and teenagers who are in need of financial assistance to attend Summer Bible Camp.
