John D. Lofaro, 73, of Winter Park, FL. passed away on February 18, 2018. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on November 21, 1944. John Lofaro graduated from Tildon High School. He was married to Phyllis Figliozzi on February 28, 1970. John Lofaro worked in the printing industry for Whitehill Offset, BAT Litho. He also worked for the DEP. He had a passion for guitars. He entertained at various functions and played at Pinocchio’s restaurant on the weekends. He was survived by his loving wife Phyllis, his two sons, John Joseph Lofaro (Suzanne), Michael Paul Lofaro (Yolanda), his grandchildren, John Thomas Lofaro (Johnny), Emily Rose Lofaro, James Joseph Lofaro and Anastasia Rose Lofaro. He is also survived by his siblings, Patricia Lofaro Deblasio and Anna Lofaro Castley. He is predeceased by his brother, Rocco Lofaro. A funeral Service will be held in his honor at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 3pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
