Linda Lee Curry was born on February 27, 1945 in Miami, Florida and she passed away on January 3, 2021. Linda maintained a positive and joyful spirit throughout her life. She always had a smile on her face and would be the first to help with any chore that needed to be done. She was a dedicated member of the United Methodist Church and served her Lord faithfully. She especially loved to sing in the church choir. Like her mother Grace, you could say that Linda’s life motto was “others”. The old hymn sums her up well: “Others, Lord, yes others. Let this my motto be. Help me to live for others, that I may live like Thee.” Linda was preceded in death by her loving parents, Everett and Grace Curry.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Susie and Bob Lawton of Apopka; her brother and his wife, Wayne and Beth Curry of Tallahassee, and a number of nieces and nephews who she dearly loved. A memorial graveside service for immediate family will be held at a later date.
