Lucy Harvey Little passed away on March 12, 2012. Lucy was born in Beaufort County North Carolina in 1922. She went on to enjoy a wonderful career as a Foreign Service Officer. Lucy has been a resident of Winter Park for many years and will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
