Velma W. Johnson, 88, of Winter Park, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016. Velma was born July 19, 1928 in Elkmont, Alabama to William Robert and Alma Elizabeth Harris (Bolin). She is preceded in death by her husband James O. Johnson; sisters, Blanch, Ruby, Fanny Lou and La Vern; brothers, Robert L., James Franklin, Gene, Elmer and Hazelwood (John); She is survived by her sons, James, Ronnie and Terry; 2 grandchildren, Scot and Linnie; 3 great-grandchildren, Nathaniel, William and Florence; 1 great-great grandchild, Jaxon. Family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 from 6-8 PM. at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home Goldenrod Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 10:00 AM. at the funeral home, interment will follow at All Faiths Memorial Park in Casselberry, FL.
