Bill "Whipper" Baran

Born in Ellisboro, SK on March 1, 1925.

Predeceased by parents Jacob & Louise (Kulczycki) Baran, 2 siblings in infancy, brothers: Stan (Cathy), Joe (Kay), Michael and Raymond (Helen) and sister-in-law Verna Baran.

Survived by wife Joan, children: Jack (Yvette) Baran, Leighton (Dianne) Baran, Barb (Frank) Dolter, Heather (Brian) Krenbrink and Cory (Michelle) Baran, 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, brother John and sisters-in-law Michaline Janiskewich and Ruth Law.

Dad was a kind, caring, generous and compassionate man who always put others first. He loved visits from his children and grandchildren and enjoyed reminiscing about the “good old days”. His death has left a void but we have so many fond memories of such a wonderful man.

A private family graveside service will be held.
