Christy will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband James Porat; son Rylan (Abby); daughter Sayla; her mother Carol (Ron) Feniak; father Rick (Sharon) Gerhardt; brothers: Cory, Gary (Aly) and Cole (Emma); grandparents Helen Feniak and Ralph Gerhardt; parents in-law Grant and Lois Porat; sisters-in-laws: Crystal (Jim) Bergquist, Amber (Cam) Osiowy and Lacey (Lyndon) Schweitzer; nieces and nephews: Brodie, Kayleigh, Makayla, Tymon, Arianna, Austin, Paige, Dreyden, Brielle, Jace and Tyler; uncles: Terry (Tracy) Feniak, Barry Feniak, Wayne Czerwonka and Scott Gerhardt; aunt Teresa Bray and cousins: Tyrell, Logan, Hunter, Levi, Ben, Leon and Amanda.
Christy was predeceased by her grandpa Fred Feniak (1992); grandma Irene Gerhardt (2009); aunt Cheryl Feniak (2014) and uncle Robin Bray (2017).
A celebration of life for family and friends will be held in the Legacy Inn, Grenfell on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Zorn officiating.
