Don will be fondly remembered by his explorative stories of his time as a horse handler all around the USA. Don left Canada for approximately 14 years to places such as California, Florida and New York to name a few. He spent all of these years around the race tracks and became well known for being an exceptional horse trainer.
In his later years Don would retire from his active role of bus driver. He dedicated many years to driving the children of Pasqua First Nation to and from school.
Family would like to acknowledge that Don had a very large family, some whom have passed and not mentioned, yet remain dear to our heats.
Services will be held Monday June 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Chief Ben Pasqua Memorial Hall, Pasqua First Nation. Burial to follow at Asham Beach Cemetery.
