Doug was predeceased by his parents Ted and Alice Cope; a daughter Pat Ginnis; sister Dodie and her husband Al Hammond; brother Tom and sister Eileen and her husband Freddy Rothenberger.
Doug is survived by daughters Cathy (Greg) Smith and Debbie (Joyten) Shukla; son Dale (Shelley) Cope; son-in-law Paul Ginnis; sister Muriel Belon (deceased husband Bill); sister Barb (Bob) Petrie and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A private family interment will take place in the Broadview Cemetery.
A celebration of life for family and friends will be held in Happy Hours Club, Broadview, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
