Grant Darryl Runns

As a kid, Grant enjoyed family camping and hunting trips, reading, beadwork and watching movies. He would lend a helping hand to others, doing yard work and odd jobs when he could.

Grant was predeceased by his parents Frederick Sr. and Lena Runns; grandparents Joseph and Claudia Runns and Stanley and Mary Saulteaux; sisters Freda Cyr and Christina Runns; brothers Patrick Runns and Christopher Moise; special nieces and nephews: Shelly McNab, Jennifer Runns and Bradley Runns.

Grant is survived by his partner Amy Spencer; siblings: Jeanette; Germaine (Roddy); Fredrick (Lorraine); Alvin (Karen); Trudy; Racheal; Brent Sr.; Randell (Evalda); Nora (Cary); Roxanne (Cliff); Greg (Stenella); Wendall (Tracy); Craig (Tiffany); Andrea (Cy) and Brent Jr. (Erica), along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral service will take place in the chapel of Tubman Funeral Home, Wolseley, Saskatchewan on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., with Donnell and Michelle Thomson officiating. The pallbearers will be: Daniel Runns, Fred Runns Jr., Jeffrey Runns, Colin Runns, Peter Runns and Keith Runns. The interment will take place in Carry the Kettle South Cemetery, followed by a reception for family and friends in Carry The Kettle Community Hall.
