On Monday, July 17, 2017, Katrina Joan Bunn/Jack “Trina” of Birdtail Sioux Dakota First Nation died at the age of 29 years. Katrina is predeceased by her parents Murray Bunn and Marilyn Saulteaux; grandparents William Thomson, Jessie Saulteaux, and Mildred and Donald Bunn. Katrina is survived by her husband Jason Jack; children Maleek and Preston Buffalocalf; sisters, Angie (Alain), Amanda (Cody), and brothers, Ashley, William (Jenna), and Murray Jr. She will be greatly missed by her children, husband, siblings, and numerous family and friends.
The Wake will be held on Monday, July 24, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. on Carry the Kettle First Nation. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. also on Carry the Kettle First Nation.
