KENNEDY - On Tuesday, January 22, 2013, Kenny (Kenneth) Kennedy (5), Regina, SK, died at the age of 81 years. Welcoming him into the spirit world are his loving family: mother Agnes Kennedy in 1946; father Joseph Kennedy in 1992; grandparents Chief Dan Kennedy, Olympe (nee Milton) Kennedy, Andrew Sr. and Catherine Gordon; two brothers, Gordon (Junie) Kennedy and Edwin (Sub) Kennedy also two brothers, Daniel and Perry Kennedy in infancy and one sister Thelma Kennedy in infancy, one daughter Edith Kennedy in infancy; one son Aaron Kennedy, Kenny is survived by six sons: Barry (Michelle) Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Gordon Kennedy, Derrick Saulteaux, Daniel Kennedy and Randy Longman; seven daughters: Robin Kennedy-Gladue, Keitha Kennedy, Jackie (Delmar) Maxie, Lynette (Bill) Jefferson, Patty Kennedy, Rayne Longman and Sarah Longman; forty-eight grandchildren; fifty-four great grandchildren; four brothers: Warren (Linda) Kennedy, Lynn (Lynda) Kennedy, James Kennedy and Rocky Kennedy; six sisters: Kathleen (Cecil) Thomson, Edith (Bill) Goodtrack, Lavina (Joe) Przepiorka, Danyta Kennedy, Frances (Barry) Blenkin, and Jan Thomson. Kenny is also survived by his step-mother Wilma Kennedy as well as his numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held in the Carry The Kettle Band Hall, Carry the Kettle First Nation on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Master of Ceremonies James OíWatch. Interment in the South Cemetery. The wake will be held in the Carry the Kettle Band Hall, Sunday, at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that anyone wishing would bring an item for give away.
