

Levi leaves to honor & celebrate his life: his special friend Shara Lonechild, father Leonard Kinistino, mother Angel Peigan, siblings: Eagle (Cody), Braeden (Shayden), Dakota, Leland, Derek & James, his kokums Lorna Kinistino and Inez (Tommy) Strongquill, his nephews Nolan, Trez & Rylin & his niece Tahlina. He also leaves to celebrate his life many mosoms & kokums, aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews & many friends, all who loved him dearly.
Waiting to greet Levi in spirit world is his twin sister Nikya, Chapan Rosebud Kinistino, Chapan Laurence Kinistino, Kokum Marie Buffalo, Mosoms Johnson, Douglas, Ernie George & Samuel Buffalo, James Scott & Kokums Tessa Kinistino, Airi-Mae Kinistino, Linda Fisher & Helen Scott, uncles Jaimie, Larry, Lorne Jr, Erick & Robin Buffalo, Mike, Danny & Vince Scott, aunties Justine Kinstino & Marsha Hotomani, mom Sarah Allary & many loved ones gone before him.
Honorary Mentions: All who played hockey with Levi & danced in the powwow circle alongside him & his powwow family. He loved playing Hockey – and was a fierce goalie & was passionate about dancing Chicken. He has won many championships in hockey and chicken dancing- his family was always so proud of him. Levi loved being around his siblings & creating happy times & laughter.

A wake for Levi was held Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in Chief Denton George Memorial Multiplex, Ochapowace First Nation. A feast & funeral service took place Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the same location. The pallbearers were Keith Buffalo, Kelly Buffalo, Thomas Strongquill, Lindon Asapace, Anthony Kinistino, Gabriel Kinistino, Isaac Kinistino and David Kenny. The interment took place following the funeral service in The Belanger Homestead, Ochapowace Nation Lonesome Prairie.
