

Tedd was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Gordon Kequahtooway and Edith Thomas; maternal grandparents Rousay Lerat and Adele Aisaican; parents Thomas Kequahtooway and Marie (nee Lerat); sister Bonnie Lynn in infancy; brothers: Ron, Wesley, Bruce, Ross and Dean; mother-in-law Jean Bunnie and brothers-in-law: Frank ‘Weiss’ Lerat, Alvin Bunnie and Neal Obey and traditionally adopted daughter Vanessa Keeswood.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Sharon (nee Bunnie); children: Quincy Bunnie Sr., Angela (Loren) Yellow Bird, Reggie Keeswood, Lisa (Ross) George, Daniel Panipekeesick, Tasheena (Chris) Ross, Natasha Dzandzalas, Russell Silverquill, Brian Silverquill and numerous foster children; grandchildren: Quincy ‘Shoom’ (Kayleigh) Jr., Chris, Chenaya, Colten, Tristan, AJ, Jessica, Danielle, Aleshanee, Lyndsey, Lexi, Creeseaux, Indi, Calvin and Melanie; great-grandchildren: Mekwan, Quincy III, O’Quinn, Quenten, Theo, Victor, Khyrie, Velrae, Kinley, Melanie, Jacen, Ella and Grady; sisters Karen and Ruth ‘Kitty’ (Darcy); sisters-in-law Cynthia Bunnie and Beverley Sparvier; special uncle Marvin ‘Kush’ (Grace) Aisaican; special cousins: Dutch Lerat (Tracy), Lou Lerat, late Derek Lerat, Etta Lerat, Cass Lerat, Mary ‘Cha’ Lerat, Cheryl Lerat, Grace Hamilton and Delores Lamber and special friends: Randy Sangwais (Denise), Carol Sangwais, Brian Isaac, Connie Sangwais, Adam Peepeetch, Sharon Brabant, Gary Atimoyoo, Mike Gordon, Dallas Piller, late Dale Piller, late Tony Sparvier, late Gordon’ Jr’ Sinclair, late Don Pinay, Ray Merrick, late Lawrence Lavallee, Stanford Bone and Ken Bone.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Lakeside Home for providing care and comfort for Lindsey during his residency and in his final hours.
The family requests that no children under the age of 12 attend the traditional wake and funeral.
A wake for Tedd was held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in Zagime Community Complex, Zagime Anishinabek. The feast took place on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., Zagime Anishinabek. The funeral service took place on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. with Knowledge Keeper Terry Flamont officiating. The pallbearers were Calvin George, Paul Obey, A.J. Bunnie, Chris Bunnie, Quincy Bunnie Jr. and Daniel Panipekeesick. The honorary pallbearers were all friends and family in attendance.
